Just at a stroll distance from the busy San Severino Marche village, in localita’ Parolito, at approx 350 m above the sea level, the farm is set in the relaxing rural landscape of Marche, where vineyards and forests coexist with small orchards and cereal fields. Countryside: Demetra is an ideal place to relax and unwind in peace and quiet, but it is also ideally situated for touring the area, and enjoying a variety of activities. The rolling hills from San Severino to Serrapetrona and Camerino are crossed by a number of paths, ideal for mountain bikes or horse riding. Not far from San Severino, the Gola di Pioraco and Col Cerasa di Cingoli are famous locations for rock climbing. |

To the South of San Severino, the hills turn gradually into mountains, and just 35 km away from the farm visitors find themselves in the amazing landscape of the Monti Sibillini, that became Natural Reserve in 1992.
